What are my ordering options?
You may order online on our website or call us at 1-888-743-1722 with
your credit card information during business hours – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Can I use a purchase order?
Public schools and government agencies may use purchase orders. The PO
must have a contact phone number and an authorization signature. Individuals,
privately owned schools, and companies must secure their PO with a credit
card. The first purchase must be pre-paid with a credit card.
Can I set up a business credit account?
A credit account can be set up with one bank reference and five business
references. The first purchase must be pre-paid with a credit card.
Is your credit card ordering system secure?
Yes. As soon as you begin the check-out process you are entering a secure
area. You will notice a closed lock at the bottom right-side of your screen.
The lock is only active when you are in the check-out process.
I would rather not use my credit card online. What should I do?

Shipping information
What are the shipping charges?
In the contiguous 48 States, all orders will be charged 10% for shipping - Minimum shipping charge is $7.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged 20%.
All orders will be shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Call, Fax or Email with non-standard shipping requests.
Insurance is included without additional charges on all orders
Domestic orders
UPS Ground – The most popular option. We will use this option to ship
to any street address within the contiguous United States. Does not ship
to PO boxes. Armed service addresses (APO) will be shipped parcel post. The
US Postal Service does not provide guaranteed delivery time and all packages
shipped overseas are subject to customs delays.
